  6. Eielson Hydrant Fueling Sys • FY00 DLA MCP,$26M Install 20 fueling hydrants on main ramp (concurrent w/ repair KC-135 ramp) • Planned construction 1 May - 13 Sep 00 • Mission Implications: 5-month ramp disruption

  7. Elmendorf Bulk Fuel Storage • FY98 DLA MCP,$21.7M Adds 3 new 83,000 BL JP-8 bulk fuel storage tanks on-base • Status: 96% Cns/ECD Dec 99 • Mission Implications: Doubles on-base fuel storage for air bridge

  12. Yokota Replace Runway • JFIP HNFC, $36.6M Overlay runway with 13.5” thick concrete • Planned construction Oct 00 - Apr 01 (2 Phases) • Mission Implications: Only partial runway accessible to C-17, C-21, C-130

  13. Andersen Hydrt Fuel Sys, Ph 1 • FY00 DLA MCP,$24.3M Replace 20 fueling hydrants, Southwest ramp • Planned construction Dec 99 - Dec 01 • Mission Implications: Limited hydrants for surge capability

  14. Kunsan Contingency Pavement • CY96 CDIP $4.5M New fighter parking ramp at Taxiway “6” • Status: 22% Cns/ECD Apr 00 • Mission Implications: New contingency parking for 16 fighter aircraft (in revetments) N

  15. Kunsan Access Taxiway • CY97 CDIP $3.9M New taxiway to connect Contingency Runway and north loop aircraft parking area • Planned construction Dec 99 - Apr 00 • Mission Implications: Improved use of alternate runway and aircraft movement
