  5. Yes, we do have a lot of new technology that we are implementing, HOWEVER, be confident that I will be teaching your students all the objectives (and often more) required for this course!!!! If they are here, listening, and active, they will learn!!!! Technology

  6. If you are not registered in Skyward, look for an email from do.not.reply@skyward.com • If you do not have that email, call the records office and ask them to send one • This allows real-time access to grades and attendance. • Missing assignments in Skyward… Skyward

  7. Grades are weighted. The breakdown is as follows: • 50% Tests • 50% Homework/Class Activities/Projects • You may use a 3X5 notecard on any quiz (no review sheet) or test (extensive review sheet provided) • We try to talk a lot about note taking, responsibility, time management, test taking skills, etc. • Weekly emails Geography…Key Points

If you should not do any assignment, you can make it up for FULL credit anytime with me after school within one week of the due date. • If you complete a late work assignment at home, you will receive 70% of the points you earn within one week of the due date. After one week, credit goes to 50%. Again, everything must be turned in before the test. Geography Late Work Policy
