GERMANY - 7 Military Bases British Military of Defense (MOD) BACK • Military establishments consider security of primary importance and as military bases vary in type and size, their needs for perimeter security and intruder detection can vary greatly. • Governments around the world have increased security measures not only on their Economic Key Points (EKPs) such as petrochemical plants and major power stations, but also on around their military establishments. Our MEGAsys™ and Flexiguard™ systems are in the British Government Catalogue of Security Equipment, having been tested and approved by the British Government for EKP site use and also tested by Special Forces. • This is a very specialized field of application and one in which we have considerable experience. We have manufactured and supplied perimeter security products for British MOD establishments in the UK, Germany and Singapore as well as RAF bases in the UK and overseas. Project Reference

UK – Volkswagen Audi Group Perimeter Security & Protection for Automotive Industries BACK • At the Port of Tyne in the UK, we were given the opportunity to provide a fully integrated perimeter security system on a new build site for the Volkswagen Audi Group (VAG). VAG needed to store their cars as they arrived off the ships before distribution to the various dealers. Our solution was to provide a 3m high Electro-Fence™ system connected back to a MEGAsys™ pc control system in the gatehouse. CCTV cameras were also installed on the site and were linked into the MEGAsys™ system for automatic switching when the fence alarm was activated. • Our installation proved so successful that its installation at Grimsby, VAG opted to use electric fencing on all new sites. • As a result of the Port of Tyne commission, two High Security warehouse sites in Port of Tyne were also protected with Electro-Fence™ . Each site had automatic security gates, CCTV and intercom systems installed. Project Reference

UK – Petrochemical, Oil & Gas Plants Perimeter Protection BACK • Petrochemical plants, Oil Refineries and Gas Stations also requires Government tested and approved security systems. • With our systems having received full British Government approval, we are able to confidently supply petrochemical companies with perimeter security systems to suit their requirements. • In the petrochemical industry, our clients include: • BP - our security equipment is installed on their Forties UK oil pipeline. 4 pumping stations pump oil from the North Sea to the Grange mouth refinery; each station requires remote monitoring from a central control. The effectiveness of our Electro-Fence ™ system made it the ideal choice for perimeter protection and our MEGAsys ™ management system compliments the set-up with PC based control.
