Health2.0 Manchester • Part of the global Health 2.0 movement: over 60 local chapters around the world, annual conferences: Europe, Middle East, India, USA • Is run voluntarily and is non-profit • Our ambition: Facilitate development of solutions to some burning questions and problems in healthcare by: • connecting clinicians, nurses, patients and entrepreneurs with developers • facilitating access to knowledge and markets by inviting speakers representing regulators, health care providers, industry • Monthly meet-up events (talks, showcase & networking) • Started in February 2013, 9 events and a year later: 254 (clinicians, patients, technologists, academics, entrepreneurs)

Today’s Agenda Talk 1: Jane Macdonald, Associate Director of Nursing and Improvement @ GM AHN will talk about the value of self monitoring and key insights for developers to consider (15 min) Talk 2: Rohan Morris, Research Assistant @ the University of Manchester will talk about how they go about developing self monitoring platform for psychosis treatment (ACTISSIST) to ensure it meets user requirements (15 min) Talk 3: John Ainsworth, Deputy Director of the Centre for Health Informatics will present ClinTouch and his experience and learnings from developing the system into a validated clinical solution. John will also briefly introduce Co-Producing Observations research theme (15 min) Talk 4: Howard Last, GP and Medical Director @ Active Medicine Ltd will demo Asthma Webapp (7 min) 8:30 pm onwards - networking
