welcome Welcome to Camp Zoneat Chesterbrook Academy Camp Zone® offers fun-filled summer programs for children ages 3-12.Each week, campers jump into action, participating in exciting sports programs, exploring nature, becoming involved in performing and creative arts, playing a part in group activities, and attending special events. Our campers have the opportunity to expand their horizons during the summer, embarking on new adventures, and having fun! Our exceptional program and dedicated staff create an environment that forges lifelong friendships among our campers. We create a summer experience that is unforgettable! It all starts with our outstanding camp counselors.A camp is only as good as its staff, and we are extremely proud of ours. Talent, creativity, love of children, leadership and devotion make our camp counselors the heart and soul of the program. We take our camp programs seriously and begin our summer with intensive staff training and orientation. Camp Zone® counselors and specialists are doing exactly what they enjoy most: spending a summer inspiring campers to explore, reach for new heights, and expand their horizons. Camp Zone® gives you choices. Camp Zone® includes five days of activities, from 6:30am – 6:00 pm. We offer part-time schedules as well. Themes Theme Descriptions Week 1: Race Into Summer During our transitional week, we will be welcoming back our campers. We will have an Author visiting and reading his new book to us.We will also be visiting the Franklin Institute. Week 6: Wild World of Sports We will show off our athleticism in outdoor activities and express our team pride by wearing our favorite teams gear. Campers will also get to visit Lincoln Financial Field and go ice skating. Week 2: Ocean Adventures We will be exploring the ocean and all that lives there. We will make sea shells and various ocean animals. On Monday we will enjoy a visit to the Camden Aquarium! Week 7: Our Good Health This week we will give ourselves a health makeover. We will talk about the importance of good eating habits, and taking care of our bodies and our teeth. Week 3: Red, White, and Blue Celebration Happy Fourth of July! This week we will be celebrating America. We will make flags and go to a Baseball Game, what’s more American than baseball?! Don’t forget we will be closed on Monday for the holiday! Week 8: Sizzling Science This week we will be conducting science experiments like making a volcano and sun painting. Our campers will get to visit the Academy of Natural Sciences. Week 4: Zoo Exploration What better way to explore the zoo, than going to the zoo! On Tuesday will be a trip to the Cape May Zoo. We will also be discussing our favorite animals at the zoo and making animal masks. Week 9: Bug Hunts This week we will have a visit from the bug lady. She shares all kinds of bugs with us and we get to touch them!We will also be cooking up some slimy treats. Week 5: Our Great “Green” Earth This week we will be learning to reduce, reuse, and recycle and why that is so important to our earth. All our arts & crafts projects will be from recycled materials and our creative cooking project will be made with all foods that come from our earth. Week 10: Jungle Safari In this last week we will go roller skating and visit the Herr’s Factory, yum! We will also help make jungle animal decorations for our end of the summer pot luck Safari!

Tuition per week: 5 full days $212 4 full days $193 3 full days $166 2 full days $135 Reminder: Your camp activity fee along with the registration and schedule forms must be returned to secure a place for your child. Camp size is limited to 30 children per day. Camp tuition is due on the first day of the week of your child’s attendance. (Camp calendar subject to change due to conditions beyond our control)
