2. History ASSOCIATED DYESTUFF PVT. LTD; is ISO 9001 – 2000 certified as one of leading manufacturers & exporters of REACTIVE DYES, DYES INTERMEDIATES SUCH AS VINYL SULPHONE & ITS DERIVATIVES. ASSOCIATED DYESTUFF PVT. LTD;established in 1977, at its modernized PLANTS located in prime industrial zone at VATVA G.I.D.C., AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT. INDIA. The present capacity of the plant to produce more than 6,000 MT per annum of REACTIVE DYES, DYES INTERMEDIATES SUCH AS VINYL SULPHONE & ITS DERIVATIVES.

3. New Products • ASSOCIATED DYESTUFF PVT. LTD; will coming shortly with giant production capacity of PHTHALOCYANINE PIGMENTS. A brief of our new range of products are given below – • ASSOFIX BLUE 1500 – PIGMENT BLUE 15:0 • ASSOFIX BLUE 1510 – PIGMENT BLUE 15:1 • ASSOFIX BLUE 1530 – PIGMENT BLUE 15:3 • ASSOFIX GREEN 7000 – PIGMENT GREEN: 7 • At the moment we have TOLL MANUFACTURING facility. We have total control on raw materials and product quality in our TOLL MANUFACTURING plant. The current capacity of our TOLL MANUFACTURING plant is around 600 MT per annum. • Our own plant will coming with 1200 MT per annum capacity.

4. Product Uses Our PHTHALOCYANINE PIGMENTS find a wide application in the manufacture of Inks, Plastics and Paints. They have been developed to favorably compare against the Internationally acceptable standards as well as to meet the stringent mandatory requirements of EU’s AP(89)1 &/or EN71 Part III as the case may be.

5. Facility of Laboratory • We have invested in a well – equipped testing facility with focus firmly on quality. • The Samples are analyzed during various stages of the manufacturing process for Ph values, temperature, Sieve Residue, Bulk density, Appearance, etc. • We have spectrophotometers to test values of pigment. Comparison of our product v/s client standard is provided based on accepted parameters. • We ensure that variation of product consistency, measured in? DE is well within the acceptable limits. High standard of quality is a hallmark of our product, owing to which our clients repose their confidence in us, again & again. • We are proud that our R & D efforts conform to highest quality standards. • Our product application center works closely with customers to explore newer applications and, we confidently assert that we can make products to specifications as well.
