  8. Newsletters appeal to lots of different people.

  9. News releases help control the message.

  10. Press conference provide a visual when there isn’t one.

  11. Being available pays off.

  12. You can reach more people with e-mail and the Web.

  13. Use us. That’s what we’re here for.

  14. Last and probably most importantly… Don’t be scared.

  15. What’s the good news? For the most part, it’s all GOOD.
