  1. 10 Advices for Successful Event Organization What does it really take to be a successful event planner? Didn’t get an answer… well we have an answer to your problem. Check out these 10 amazing tips for the best results that’ll leave an ever-lasting impression on your guests; every occasion. 1.Make an early jump…. “Start Early, be ambitious and get stuffs done” Fixing up things early before any event, be it small or big will make an impact. Contact vendors, locate venues and arrange logistics well in advance. For any mega event prep up 4 months in advance and 1 month for mini event echoes good. 2.Flexibility “Stay committed to your decisions, but stay flexible in your approach.” While your clients demand may require alterations with respect to timings, venues or even the properties of the event; make sure you are committed to your services and flexible with their requirements. 3.Prepare a Budget Think about the costs that you would incur before meeting the vendors and accordingly prepare a budget. Always offer to pay less than your budget and at any cost never exceed the same. Why shouldn’t you negotiate with the seller? Unexpected costs keeps on increasing for such events… so negotiate.

  2. 4.Allocate, Trust and Made Responsible. Organising events takes lot of efforts…. There’s not just one thing you need to focus on, but a lot other too. Allocating various segments like registration, transportation, catering etc and to different members of the squad makes the job easier. 5.Create a Shared Drive Shared Documents allows each member of the team to collaborate on the documents required for the event, track the developments of the team in each segments of the event heading by colleagues and rollback wherever the versions need review, revisions or customisation. 6.The Backup Plan “Plan your work and make your plan… but always have a backup plan.” Having a Plan B ready is not an option, but an obligation. We never know what lies ahead. Find an alternative and make it work. If there is no alternative to the element of the event, eliminate it completely from the event. 7.Look over and rehearse Accuracy in any profession is a must. Once everything falls in place, and the event approaches closer, keep revisiting the spots, follow up with the vendors and your assigned team regularly. Start redoing, reviewing and repeating to avoid any confusion which in turn will ensure your professionalism and reward you with an efficacious event. 8.Capture the moments Capture all the moments of the event; right from the entrance to the entire venue. Don’t miss clicking the attendees. Hiring a professional photographer would make the job easier as he’ll have better understanding of the client’s requirements on the types of click. Each snap will display your marvellous presentation. 9.Online promotion What’s next? Now that you have snapped all those beautiful images upload them. Make your handle visible with those lovely clicks; tag your clients and ask your friends and followers to tag the event in relevant posts. Create a unique hashtag for the event on Insta and twitter… let your followers flood in comments. 10.Being proactive with Leads “Energetic people carry their own weather with them.” – Stephen Covey Check out with the attendees through e-mails and social media to exhibit the performance of your event and follow-up the leads generated in the responses to entail a new clientele base.
