In the best case he ends up in a good private institution for elderly - outside of community. Too expensive and inefficient care. Insufficient public health care.

Homevisits are notsupported by paymentsfrominsurancecompaniesneither by policyofhealthcaresystem. GP withoutcompetences in hisofficeisn´tmotivated to providehomecare.Nurses do thehomevisitsrarely. In thepast - one GP used to have 2 nurses – oneforhomevisits. Thissystemisnotsupportedanymore. Independenthomenursingcareagenciesoperate in thecommunitywithlimitedcompetencies, humanaswellasfinancialrecouces. a? in howfar do geriatricians/specialistsin elderlycareoperateinprimarycare? Do theyassist/trainGP's, do theyoperate in parallel to GP's? Theyoperate in parallel to GPs, Theyhavecompetences, buttheydon´toperate in community in primarycare. Thereis a meaningfulcoordinationwithGPsmissingCoordination is assuredviatransportingpatients to geriatricians/specialists officeswithambulances or otherwise.
