Whilst Gorgeous shop focus on maximising sales, PHL ensure the day to day operations run smoothly. We use lean methods and systems to provide accurate and efficient pick, pack & ship services. Customer orders are dispatched on a same day basis and shipped out through a network of home delivery suppliers via Metapack Intelligent delivery software. 99.9% picking and packing accuracy rate! Handling Challenge Gorgeous Shop have rapidly grown their business over the past 2 years. One of our main challenges has been to keep up with their ever expanding business profile and product range whilst maintaining our excellent accuracy and customer service records. We have constantly evolved with our client to provide the resources, technology and customer service to support their growth now and for the coming years.
