  2. Our Goals • Help the English Teachers cope with the changes in the Ministry's new program on Literature, especially on High Thinking Skills. • Help the English Teachers improve their oral and written skills when dealing with literature.

  3. Contents • Getting to know the changes on the didactic side. • Developing materials adapted to the needs of Bedouin students. • Improving oral and written skills through literary texts.

  4. Schedule • Mondays 14.30 – 16.45 : Literature • Wednesdays 14.30-16.45: Oral and Written Skills The sessions will be held twice a month. The principals are requested to allow the teachers to participate regularly.

  6. Final Work • Part I : An essay on the analysis of some aspects of a book – the plot, the main character(s), the leading themes and opinion. • Part II : Lesson plans on a scene or a chapter from the book.

  7. Framework 56 hours + Gmul + Grade You must be present at least 80% of the time
