From this group of creators, one name is Jordan Vogt-Roberts, an American television and film director.
Jordan Vogt-Roberts was born in the United States. He spent his childhood in the Greater Detroit Area and moved to Arizona at the age of 14. However, he returned to the Royal Oak, Michigan during his senior year. He attended the Dondero High School and Columbia College, Chicago. He began his career as the director and producer for the web series, Book Club and Memoirs of a Manchild. He has also directed the episodes for Single Dads. With his creative mind, he made a short film named Mint in a Box from an episode of the Memories of a Manchild.
Jordan Vogt Roberts Jordan Vogt Roberts wrote and directed Successful Alcoholics in the year 2010. The short film has its screening at over 30 other film festivals, including Sundance Film Festival, AFI Fest, and SXSW Film Festival. Jordan has directed the episodes for Mash Up, Funny or Die Presents, FX’s You’re the Worst and MTV’s Death Valley. He made his debut in the feature films with The Kings of Summer, the comedy-drama film had its screening at the Sundance Film Festival and also at Cleveland International Film Festival. At the 2013 Dallas International Film Festival, it won the Narrative Feature Audience Award. In the year 2014, he directed Nick Offerman: American Ham and Kong: Skull Island in the year 2017, the monster film grossed more than $565 million worldwide.
