Option 3: Equipment-directed Agreement • Pre-payment of service agreement fee • Unlimited Parts & Labor • Facilitates Printer Repair Budgeting • Priority Service • Access to Local Stocking of Printer Parts • No On-Site Service Fees • Ideal for high-volume, mission-critical printers
How do I subscribe to a service agreement? • Send an E-mail to Denise Mattox at dmattox@uga.edu • Denise will send an application for the Call-directed and Equipment-directed Service Agreement via E-mail. • Denise will send a quotation in response to the completed application. • A pre-agreement printer examination will be conducted for Equipment-directed plans
