  2. Entering Vitals on Cover Sheet Click on any vital sign inside the “Vitals” section to open the vitals window

  3. Enter Vitals Tab Click on “Enter Vital”

  4. Enter Vital Signs

  5. Choose Qualifiers

  6. For the Non-Responsive Patient:Pain Level 99

  7. Save and Exit Use for additional vital signs on the same patient Save and Exit

  8. Vital Signs Graphed

  9. Entered in Error

  10. Marking Vitals as “Entered in Error”

  11. File and Exit

  12. Vital Signs Posted
