  8. Chapter Plans / Issues • Strengths • Interesting programs with eager speakers and good participation • Enthusiastic engineers who have fun working with each other • Informality

  9. Chapter Plans / Issues Plans and Opportunities • Continue excellence/build on strength(Programs and Participation) • Recognize members and chapters(Elected Awards Chairman) • Increase PES awareness(Attend meetings and renew contacts)

  10. Chapter Plans / Issues Plans and Opportunities • Consider joint chapter (PEL, IE, IA) • Increase young member participation(UT, High School, GOLD, Perhaps mentoring) • Write down past practices(Conventions as guides)
