  2. Nordicwalking • The activity is performed with specially designed walking poles similar to ski poles. The most popular sport in our region

  3. SAILING • Jamno covers an area of over 22 square kilometres, its maximum length is 10.1 kilometres and its maximum breadth is 3.4 kilometres. Its greatest depth is 3.9 metres. The lake is popularly used for sailing.

  4. Paragliding • Sport and form of recreation which consists of flying with a paraglider. Greatadventure in the life of every person who has tried this. Popular sport in the summer time.

  5. ‘’Walruses Rally’’ • Since 2004, the Mielno in January or February is International Rally of Walruses. People from Poland and abroad come to bathe in the cold Baltic Sea

  6. Cycling • In my area we havegota lot of bicycle routes.
