Thermal Noise (Johnson Noise) -Caused by thermal agitation of electrons in electrical components. Shot Noise -Encountered when electrons (or charged particles) cross a junction. Flicker Noise (1/f ) -characterized by having magnitude that is inversely proportional to freq of signal
Environmental Noise -Noise that arises from surroundings.
