  6. NEPA Nuts and Bolts Goals and Objectives (Primary) – Satisfy Needs • Improve Safety • Correct Roadway Deficiencies • Improve System Continuity Evaluation Criteria Safety - Does this alternative: • Correct Location A ? • Reduce crashes per MVMT (to “x”) ?
