  4. ADMINISTRATION D E P A R T M E N T Administration is the department which receives people, and makes every document related with them. This department manages contracts and controls the time spent in Workshop and Engineering Department, allowing scheduling or work up with this data.

  5. ENGINEERING D E P A R T M E N T This department is made by six engineers, who design molds and develope all the documents needed in the workshop for making these molds. Workshop documents are delivered with drawings and machining programs. They can elaborate until five-axis NC programs. Every sites in this department, are connected by an ETHERNET with CNC machines.

  6. ENGINEERING D E P A R T M E N T • Engineering (CAD-CAM) Department has: • 8 PC with Windows 7,containing the following software: • 6 UNIGRAPHICS NX8 (Solid Modeler + Assemblies + Drafting + Machining+ Moldwizard + IGES + STEP + DXF). • 2 POWERMILL for machining. • Plotter HP Designjet T790 A0 Rollfeed 36-inches. • Every sites have ETHERNET, ADSL and ISDN Odette. • Our E-mail address is: infamol@infamol.es • And our web site: www.infamol.es

LATHE In this machine we make every cylindrical components that are needed in the mold building. • In this department we have: • 1 Turning machine NC Diameter 700 mm. • We have also another machines that make easy the job of every people in the plant, as: • 1 Overhead travelling crane 5 Tm. GH • 2 Overhead travelling crane 10 Tm. GH • 2 Air compresors of 20 cv.and pneumathic installation pipes around the whole workshop.

  8. MACHINING D E P A R T M E N T • In this department we make part machining and electrodes that will be used by EDM machines later. • Every machining center are linked via ETHERNET, allowing file transfer with Engineering Department and between themselves. • Our machines have the following capabilities: • 2 CNC MILLTRONICS 7.5cv., dimensions:762x406x500 mm. • 1 CNC High Speed MORI-SEIKI 15Kw., dimensions:1050x530x510 mm. • 1 CNC High Speed AWEA 25Kw., • 2000x1200x760 mm.

MACHINING D E P T A R M E N T • Inside this department we must talk about milling machines, which manufacture every large parts that belongs to the mold assembly. • These machines we have are: • 1 Milling Machine CORREA 20cv Dimensions:2000x800x800 mm. • 1 Milling Machine CORREA 30cv. Dimensions:2500x800x800 mm.

Inside EDM department we develope the previous steps before assembly the mold. • His target is manufacture and finish part material that machining has not avoided due tool restrictions; this process is made with electrodes that were built in the CNC machines. • This department has: • 1 Wire EDM ONA KE-600 • 2 EDM ONA H600 • dimensions:1700x1060x600 mm. • 1 EDM LS 350 • dimensions:900x600x350 mm. EDM

  11. 1 Press REIS TUS-130 • 1 Press MAS 100 Tm • 10 Assembly sites • 1 Drilling radial FORADIA • 1 Drilling radial MAS • 1 Drilling machines ERLO SE-25 • 2 Cutter grinding machines • 2 Threading machines • M-4 / M-48 • 1 Surface grinder GER 1000x600 mm. • This department is the last step in mold making. His job is divided into several targets: • Mold components assembly. • Surface finish in order to obtain the best quality in the delivered part. • Check out every mechanism like sliders, lifters, ejection, mold opening and closing... ASSEMBLY
