LAKE COUNTRY NEIGHBORS • 3 HOG NIGHT • Benefiting • Rains County Good Samaritans and Alba Food Pantry • Saturday, October 13, 2012 • 11:00 am until 5:00 pm • Rains County Fair Grounds, Hwy 69 at Hwy 19, Emory, Texas • DEADLINE TO RECEIVE REGISTRATION and FEE is September 26th • Rain or Shine Event – No Refunds • RETURN PORTION BELOW ALONG WITH A CHECK, IF REQUIRED. • DISPLAY FEE: $35.00 which includes two Barbeque Plate lunches and access to all events. Groups with multiple attendees must purchase extra meal tickets per person. Advanced purchase Adult tickets $10, Kids 5 and under $5. Gate Price $12 Adult, Kids 5 and under $5. Gate Price no meal $5. Advanced Tickets will be mailed prior to the event. Tickets must be shown at the gate before entering. Vendor entrance is on Highway 69 which is the main entrance to the fair grounds. Set-up is no earlier than 8:00 am and no later than 10:00 am on Sat. • • LCN reserves the right to deny display of items in bad taste. Remember, this is a family event. • • Vendors are responsible for set up, take down and clean up of space. Breakdown not before 5:00pm. Unless special arrangements are made or authorization given by LCN. • Vendors shall provide display equipment, including tables and chairs.
