Science: Earth Science Core Content Standard: Objects in the sky move in regular and predictable patterns
Differentiated Content • Students will keep a journal for a month and observer the night sky. In their journals they will show the different phases of the moon. They will discover the pattern of the moon. It will show how the moon rotates and revolves around while the earth is revolving around. • In their journals they will also show what they are thinking. They will tell what they are wondering and questioning about the night sky. • Using technology students will then go deeper to learn more about the moon in independent study.
