The Volunteer Development Toolbox, 1993.) • Each of the 10 items consists of 3 related statements. Select the statement that most closely describes your preference, most of the time. • There are no right or wrong answers. It takes volunteers motivated by Achievement, Affiliation, and Influence to do the tasks we identify for our volunteers.
