  2. “Bullying Stops Here” • Intent was to create a curriculum for training purposes. • Big Brothers Big Sisters of Utah had training needs but no funds • Meetings with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Utah • Paper and Online surveys that went out to all the “Bigs” • A one time live training event that was recorded for future use.

  3. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Utah • Personal investment, I am a “big!” • New knowledge in a subject that isn’t going away. • Planning Meetings, Phone Meetings, and many many emails!

  4. Research Surveys • Kristen Yancey was my community contact and over trainings for BBBSU. • Created a short survey for the “Bigs” to fill out. • What training topic did they feel was most needed. • Once the data had been collected and analyzed it was clear to decide what the topic was going to be.

  5. Long-Term Impact • Available online presentation. Prezi • Curriculum folders that could be reprinted. • Video of the live training event. • For the organization to use over and over.

  6. Education • I am an educator! • Behavioral Phycology • Behavioral Management strategies • Adolescent Development classes

  7. A more informed me… • As an educator and “Big” I am more informed on a hot topic. • I will be more aware of the younger people around me and their experiences. • Having the information there ready to use is a huge blessing for the organization.
