Scope and Sequence • The scope and sequence provided shows how the curriculum is predominately organized across the state. • This format is reflected in the standards
Considerations • Provide a copy of the geography standards to the science department – many of the standards might be covered in earth science. • Provide a copy of the high school economics standards to the business department – many of the personal finance standards might be covered in the business courses
Civics Overarching Standard • K-12 Civics: Students will develop and apply the skills of civic responsibility to make informed decisions based upon knowledge of government at local, state, national and international levels.
