What is this “bunch of information“ useful for? • As a public access internet-portaleuromuse.net provides for a general public accurate information on European museums and their major exhibitions in one place. • With a special data interface called Harmoniseeuromuse.net provides for a specific public – the tourism sector accurate information on European museums and their major exhibitions from one source.
Harmonise • Harmonise is the interoperability model used to deliver structured data from the museums to the tourism sector • The use of Harmonise allows museums retain their existing data models unchanged, while being able to communicate and interoperate with actors in the tourism sector
