ONLINE PERSONNEL CLAIMS FILING (PCLAIMS) IS NOW AVAILABLE AT WWW.JAGCNET.ARMY.MIL . Click on the U.S. Army Claims Service link and then click on the PCLAIMS link. The PCLAIMS link will describe the rules for filing personnel claims and allow you to fill out all of the required forms.
