  3. St. Marcus Lay Ministry Fair Was awesome! Thank you everyone for your help!!!

  4. October UPDATE • How is it going? • Recent flare up of misbehavior (past few weeks) • Need to volunteers to be tougher (Rachel to discuss) • When we have educational “workshops” we need an “active” break before devotion

  7. Wandani Hosts Advent Supper • Wandani is hosting advent supper Wednesday, December 2nd • What do we want to make? • Who can help cook at 4:30 pm? • Kids will be responsible for serving • Who can help sit with kids in service? • Who can help cleanup during service?

Wandani Programming for Spring 2010 Please keep in mind the 2nd semester is much longer than the 1st, (18 weeks vs. 13 weeks) • Evening schedule, 4:30 Homework help? • MCCA for Monday nights? • MCCA for occasional Wednesday workshops? • Discovery World for occasional Wednesdays? • More volunteer and St. Marcus member sponsored nights? • Gospel choir • Milwaukee PD

Wandani Fundraiser Preparation • Wandani fundraiser is scheduled forSunday, February 7th at Lakefront Brewery • Need to begin acquiring raffle items now – volunteers to call get contact and needed info • Betty Brimm’s Children Museum - Kendra • Discovery World - Kendra • Milwaukee Bucks – Melissa - Done • 88.9 Radio Milwauke - Chris • Harley-Davidson Museum -Kendra • Milwaukee Art Museum - Kendra • Maxie’s Southern Comfort – Chris • Secret closet of goodies – Pastor Paul
