  5. Questions: What is your weakness? Answers should be related to education and work, not too personal. Don’t list out bad things about yourself. Don’t say silly things that make you seem great (example : I care too much.) Do be honest and share what your working towards or are excited about. Tell me about yourself

  6. Questions: Research the company you are applying for and have specific information about the company and their mission statement. What do you know about the work we do?

  7. Questions: Why should we hire you? Do not compare yourselves with other participants, but talk specifically about what you can bring to the company.

  8. Questions: What are your strengths? List out strengths, and have some examples that make you seem better for the job specifically.

  9. Questions: • I see on your application that you don’t have a lot of experience can you explain why? • Discuss high school and extracurricular successes, and show excitement for the opportunity of learning and gaining new experience

  10. Questions: • Why did you leave your last job? • Answers should be positive not speaking poorly of any part of employment or performance.

  11. Questions: Do not give a specific number or details, just show excitement for growing with the company. How long would you expect to work for us if hired?

  12. Questions: You prefer to work in a TEAM!!!! You can learn so much from other people, as well as it is nice to have someone to bounce ideas off of. Do you prefer to work in a team or alone? And why?

  13. Questions: What motivates you to do your best job? Do not say salary. Talk about the job and the work environment.

  14. Questions: What have you learned from previous mistakes? It is ok to be broad in this answer. Make sure to give an example of how you have grown from that mistake.

  15. Questions: Make sure to come prepared with questions to ask, and don’t ask a question that has already been answered. Do you have any questions for me?
