DRMS/Navy Hazardous Waste Billings DRMS started using EBS as of April 2009. EBS created detailed billing records for Hazardous Sales Orders with FA1 document identifier code. The Navy tracks Hazardous billings by FC1 identifier code, plus billing office of S9D and Bill Category Code of HW. With the changeover to EBS, the Navy was unable to track Hazardous billings. EBS system changes were implemented in September 2009 to resolve this issue and enable the Navy to track these bills. DLA will not correct the bills issued prior to September 2009 systems change, the Navy will have to take corrective actions.
