Bullied or Harassed - Race NEW -Description of Changes: An indicator of whether the student was reported to have been bullied or harassed on the basis of the student’s race, color or national origin. This includes both substantiated and unsubstantiated bullying and harassment. Code Definition/Example N- the student was bullied or harassed but it was not on the basis of the student’s race, color or national origin. Y -Yes, the student was bullied or harassed on the basis of the student’s race, color or national origin. Z -The student was not bullied or harassed.
Bullied or Harrassed – Sex NEW An indicator of whether the student was reported to have been bullied or harassed on the basis of sex. Harassment or bullying on the basis of sex is unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature, such as unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal, nonverbal, or physical conduct of a sexual nature. Harassment or bullying on the basis of sex also includes gender-based, nonsexual harassing conduct, such as harassment based on gender stereotyping. Both male and female students can be victims of sexual harassment, and the harasser and the victim can be of the same sex. This includes both substantiated and unsubstantiated bullying and harassment. Code Definition/Example N - The student was bullied or harassed but it was not on the basis of sex. Y - Yes, the student was bullied or harassed on the basis of sex. Z - The student was not bullied or harassed.
School-Related Arrests NEW A code indicating whether or not the student was arrested for an activity conducted on school grounds, during off-campus school activities (including while taking school transportation), or due to a referral by any school official. Code Definition/Example N No, the student was not arrested. Y Yes, the student was arrested.
Zero-Tolerance: Expulsions NEW A code indicating whether or not the student was removed from the school setting for an extended length of time with or without continuing education services due to state and local zero-tolerance policies. N - No, the student’s expulsion was not due to zero-tolerance policies. Y - Yes, the student’s expulsion was due to zero- tolerance policies. Z - The student was not expelled.
NEWCourse Assessment Status END OF COURSE EXAM The status of the student in relation to the assessment for the indicated course. Code Definition/Example A -The student took and passed the end-of-course assessment required for the course B -The student took and failed the end-of-course assessment required for the course C- The student did not yet take the end-of-course assessment required for the course D -The transfer student is exempt from taking the end-of-course assessment required for the course as specified in section 1008.22(9)(b), F.S. . E -The student took and passed the end-of-course assessment required for the course and exempted all or part of the course. Z -The course does not have a required end-of-course assessment or the student is not in a cohort that requires the taking of the end-of-course assessment for the course .

END OF YEAR ATTENDANCE MTS 3025 Please remember you need to run the End OF Year Attendance Mts 3025... Attendance is the hardest information to get once the student roll takes place. Please make sure someone other than yourself knows where you file this report. When running this report (3025) use the stop date of 06/06/11..( This is the Monday after the last day of school. The first day after the last day of attendance...) If you use the last day of school as the stop date, the membership days do not calculate correctly.
1.ADOPTION OF COURSES Log into TERMS YEAR 12. On panel C15 type the Course Number to adopt, press Xmit. Course will be displayed on the screen, Message at the bottom of the screen says: “PRESS ENTER TO ADD FROM DIST CURRICULUM”. Press Xmit again to adopt. Message then should say: “RECORD HAS BEEN ADDED…Next?”. A printed list of courses (MTS2002P) is available from job submission. On panel C14 = Query of Courses 2.DEFINE HOMEROOMS Log into Terms YEAR12. On Panel C05 update the BLDG-RM fields On panel C03 under AC - A = Add HMRM – Elementary schools use the same four digit number as the class packages. TCHR – three digit number of the teacher assigned to this particular homeroom, Xmit. 3.ASSIGN HOMEROOMS Log into Terms YEAR11.
