  1. “What we believe about God”, said the late A. W. Tozer, “is the most important thing about us. Our belief or lack of it inevitably translates itself into our actions and attitudes.”

  2. immutable * \im-MYOO-tuh-bul\ * (adjective): not capable of or susceptible to changeExample sentence:"It is an immutable law of nature that dogs will bark." (G.D. Gearino, The [Raleigh, NC] Newsand Observer, January 27, 2002)Did you know?"Immutable" comes to us through Middle English from the Latin "immutabilis," meaning "unable to change." "Immutabilis" was formed by combining the negative prefix "in-" with "mutabilis, "from the Latin verb "mutare," which means "to change." Some other English words that can be traced back to "mutare" are "commute" (the earliest sense of which is simply "to change, alter"),"mutation" ("a change in genetic material"), "permute" ("to change the order or arrangement of"), and "transmute" ("to change or alter in form, appearance, or nature"). There's also the antonym of" immutable": "mutable," which of course can mean "prone to change" and "capable of change or of being changed."

  3.  And He who is the Glory of Israel will not lie, nor will He change His mind, for He is not human that He should change his mind!” 1 Sam 15:29 (NLT)

  4. 6 “I am the Lord, and I do not change. Mal 3:6 (NLT)

  5. 25 Long ago you laid the foundation of the earth and made the heavens with your hands.26 They will perish, but you remain forever; they will wear out like old clothing. You will change them like a garment and discard them.27 But you are always the same; you will live forever. Psalms 102:25-27 (NLT)

  6. 8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Heb 13:8 (NLT)

  7. God’s Promises Do Not Change

  8. The Mother of All Excuses Place

  9. 16 Now when people take an oath, they call on someone greater than themselves to hold them to it. And without any question that oath is binding.17 God also bound himself with an oath, so that those who received the promise could be perfectly sure that he would never change his mind.18 So God has given both his promise and his oath. These two things are unchangeable because it is impossible for God to lie. Therefore, we who have fled to him for refuge can have great confidence as we hold to the hope that lies before us.19 This hope is a strong and trustworthy anchor for our souls. Heb 6:16-19

  10. God’s Purposes Never Change

  11. God never changes moods or cools off in His affections or loses enthusiasm. His attitude toward sin is now the same as it was when He drove out the sinful man from the eastward garden, and His attitude toward the sinner the same as when He stretched forth His hands and cried, "Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest." Matthew 11:28A.W. Tozer

  12. God’s Character Does Not Change

  13. But We MUST Change 3 “ I assure you,” He said, “unless you are converted and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Matt 18:3 (HCSB)

  14. “You know that the rulers of the Gentiles dominate them, and the men of high position exercise power over them. 26 It must not be like that among you. On the contrary, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, 27 and whoever wants to be first among you must be your slave; 28 just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life—a ransom for many.” Matt 20:25-28 (HCSB)
