Student Achievement Lessons Learned • New Common Core aligned benchmarks will be used as baseline data to set targets for growth • Support student progress monitoring and data analysis with additional teacher training and collaboration on the Illuminate Data Management System at staff meetings • Implement streamlined system for Student Study Team meetings as a means to more quickly identify student eligibility for Tier 2 intervention • Benchmark assessment shows growth over time as students transition to level of rigor of CCSS

Pupil Engagement and School Climate • PBIS implementation: Bagby Bravos, expansion of Check In/Check Out for students in need • Almaden Valley Counseling Services - successful collaboration between principal, teachers, parents, and counselor • Student Council and Expect Respect provide leadership opportunities • Mileage Club and Girls On the Run • After School Enrichment and GATE opportunities • Increase in number of Primary SDC students mainstreaming in General Ed, successful collaboration between SDC and Gen Ed Teachers • Student of the Month Assemblies

Looking Ahead to 2015-2016Reflections from Stakeholder Input • To support a more cohesive school wide climate- All school assemblies once a month • ELAC visit to ELD room, sit in on an ELD lesson • Teacher curriculum talks at Home and School Club meetings • Increase in Almaden Valley Counseling Services to support social/emotional learning • Training and implementation of Tier 2 Math intervention-Do the Math and ELA intervention – Leveled Literacy Intervention • Extended Day opportunities to support EL and SED students with Tier 2 Intervention/ Homework Center • Faculty book study- Mindset by Carol Dweck • School wide training and implementation of Growth Mindset curriculum for K-5 students
