Save a list of recipients and settings into a [Preset] and recall it when you need it. Notice the preview of the fax job? From the Printer list select [Mac Fax]. Search by typing in the client’s name or just select from the list below. Four (4) resolution to choose from. Or select the magnify glass to add from the Apple Mac Address Book! You can simply add a Recipient by clicking on the PLUS [+] button… [Print] will send the document as a fax to all selected recipients.
