  1. Natural Selection Natural selection : SELECTION is a process that occurs naturally within a species. It results in the reproduction of the organisms with traits that allow them to survive better in their environmment.

  2. Their adaption allows them to survive better in the world and they are able to pass on their genes to their offspring and if their adaptation doesn’t allow this they starve or get killed off. This process (adaptation) happens naturally.

  3. Ex: the panda has developed sixth fingers through natural selection, it helps the panda to better grasp on bamboo twigs, it’s primary food source. This way the panda doesn’t starve , doesn’t get killed off and adapts better to surviving .

  4. Evolution Evolution : is a very slow process that brings about changes in living organisms.
