ERCOT Websites Content Management Corporate Standard Dale Goodman Director, Client Services TAC
Purpose This corporate standard establishes the parameters for posting content to ERCOT’s websites. Consistent standards and processes help to ensure all ERCOT public facing websites are accurate, compliant, and current. This document will be reviewed annually and updated as needed. TAC
How does this standard affect you? 3.4.2 Posting Information for Market Participants and Any Other Entity When a Market Participant or any other Entity requests to have content posted to ERCOT.com, the ERCOT staff that receive the request must notify the requester that the Information will be posted as Public in order to avoid posting sensitive, classified, or restricted Information. A disclaimer statement is posted on all group meeting pages (where agendas and key documents appear) to remind viewers that the Information on that page is public Information. Market Participants and any other Entity must submit posting requests to the ERCOT meeting representative for their group, StakeholderServices@ercot.com or ClientRelations@ercot.com. TAC
Disclaimer In addition to the disclaimer posted on all group meeting pages, each market meeting where materials will be posted to the ERCOT.com website, a reminder will be given that states: “All presentations and materials submitted by Market Participants or any other Entity to ERCOT staff for this meeting are received and posted with the acknowledgement that the information will be considered public in accordance with the ERCOT Websites Content Management Corporate Standard.” TAC
