IMPORTANT NOTES • LOC works closely with leading PCO on the market thus guaranteeing overall financial responsibility of ICPE 2017. • We assume 1000 paying delegates • The Prague city authorities are offering the follow supportive package: • Free municipal transportation pass for each delegate -15.000 EUR • The Mayor of Prague City is willing to host a reception for e.g.invited speakers and • guests at his Residence (capacity up to 150-200 guests).

CURRENCY • The Czech currency is called the Czech Crown (CZK). Exchange offices are located all around the city centre (exchange offices, banks, post offices). • At present 1 Euro = 25CZK, 1 USD = 18.5 CZK,1 GPB = 28 CZK, 1 AUD = 20CZK • All types of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) are generally accepted • Many hotels and restaurants accept Euro as well.
