For companies that subscribe to the full Telecom Expense Management suite, a splash page like this is where the experience starts. Each navigation pane drops down when moused over and includes quick links to carrier specific eCommerce , Customer Support, and Bill Management sites.
Vision Wireless eCommerce
The dashboard of the eCommerce site has many different navigation links, but may look different depending on the wishes of the client.
We have incorporated management tools for the client to have the capability of creating Purchaser credentials to the site. This function is also used to assign users specific billing codes, so they can only order for the Cost Center, Division, or Region they are assigned.
This is an example of some custom billing codes that are used for ordering. These billing codes can be user-specific or available to all, depending on what level of security the customer is looking for.
A Chat Live feature is available for any person that may have difficulty finding where to go or what to do. An Account Support Representative is on site to immediately respond to a customer without the customer having to send emails or make a phone call.
We take pride in the level of support offered to our clients. From swapping devices to ordering an upgrade, to requesting a Rate Plan Change, to opening a Billing Inquiry, any type of request can be completed from the site. Custom requests can also be designed to meet the needs of any customer.
Vision Wireless Wireless Tracker
The Wireless TrackerDashboard is designed to include an array of data, giving a quick glance into the company profile. By utilizing the “Quick Links “ tool, the user can jump to several different areas within the database, making navigation seamless. A “System Alerts” function was built to allow micromanagement of monthly costs. The user can set alerts on all costs associated with an account based on dollar figures.; i.e. “Tell me anytime text messaging costs exceed $100.”
The Order Tracker gives the ability to view all new orders placed from the Vision Wireless eCommerce site. The user can adjust the search criteria by any billing code, date, carrier, or account number. Users can also view shipping details, a complete copy of the original order, the total amount of orders, and many other pieces of information associated with an order. This report is also exportable.
Service Tracker is designed to assist in tracking ALL types of service requests, and is filterable by “Request Type”. For example, a user can view all “Upgrades” within a specified date range, or filter the search by billing code, status, and so much more.
For all Billing related inquiries, the Invoice Tracker makes investigative analysis user friendly for everyone. The Subscriber Report lists all subscribers on the account, and is filterable as well. Find out why certain users’ costs are so high by clicking on the name and drilling down.
By drilling down, the user will be directed to the Summary of Airtime Charges report. This report can be drilled down to from anywhere in the Wireless Tracker. The user can view the calling detail, monthly recurring charges, additional charges, plan, and much more. In the example below, the line of service was charged $495 in long distance charges. Quickly change the plan to reduce costs by selecting a different plan that includes long distance using the Service Request button on this page.
The Subscriber Statistical Trend report gives an average for Subscriber Bill, Anytime Minutes Used, Average PCS to PCS Minutes, among other things. The average is based on the report range criteria or other filtering that has been selected. A trend report can be extremely effective in helping to identify costly users. This report is also effective on an Account level in the Statistical Trend report. Account Level
Ever want to know which lines have what plans? Use the Rate Plan Analysis report to view a listing of all the plans in the company profile. Click the Plan Code to view the lines that have the plan. The Plan Options report can be used to view all the lines with Nights and Weekends, PCS to PCS, Data plans, and more.
Breaking out the monthly cost by Primary Voice, Text Messaging, Additional minutes, and much more has never been easier. The Cost Analysis report will even show the users who generated these cost by clicking on the amount. Notice the $1763 worth of text messaging cost? Find out which users need a text plan by clicking on the amount and drilling down.
Use the Cost Summary report to view either the Account Level , or Subscriber Level charges. You can also view the monthly cost for every billing period in the database, and search for specific users or cost amounts. The Remittance Summary lists the Total, and Past Due amounts for all account numbers within the current billing period.
Knowing the available shared or non-shared minutes on the account can make management of the account much simpler. Knowing the difference in how many minutes are actually being used and managing pooled minutes effectively can result in significant cost savings. The Minutes Analysis report does just that and more. Click on the numbers to find out which users are on shared or non-shared plans and make any necessary changes.
