  1. Drum-lifters – Need of Warehouses Drum lifter is a much-needed equipment in industries and warehouses for handling drums, which cannot be done manually due to SAFETY and WEIGHT concerns. Drums made of both steel and plastic are used to store hazardous chemicals, oils are highly inflammable and hence they require extremely proper handling. They weigh between 180 -300 kgs, large sized and hence cannot be handled manually, so much that even empty drums are difficult to handle. Why handling drums require special handling: •Heavy drums and varied shapes make it difficult to handle manually
