Primary Education Singapore • 197 primary schools in Singapore. • Giving students a good command of English, the mother tongue and Mathematics. • students sit for the Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE) in order to pick secondary school.
Secondary Education Singapore • 147 secondary schools in Singapore. • attending four or five years of secondary education under the Special, Express or Normal Course. • There are 2 different levels of examinationin the forth & fifth years respectively.
Junior Colleges and Pre-Universities Singapore • 14 Junior Colleges and 2 Pre-Universities. • At the end of the pre-university course, students sit for the GCE 'A' Level examination.
