  3. MODELS OF QUALITY FROM OUR SCHOOL 1.‘Quality Circles’in our school. Teachers working in the same or different fields come together,hold meetings at regular intervals,determine the important points about their own affairs and examine the weak and strong points of themselves,find SOLUTIONS…..

  4. 2.Guidance-Activities Each week a topic is determined and a seminar is given to students.Also parents are invited to these seminars according to the subject matter and content.Students express thir feelings and thoughts about the topic of the seminar.Sometimes they make presentations and the students are rewarded.

  5. 3. Primary school standarts A new process to improve the quality of education in primary schools was launched by the ministry of national education. The main purpose of this training program at our school are being introduced in the academic year is to provide supervision of all personnel at the school by each other.This program focus on the following focal points; -the quality of students’ education,personal and professional developmet,progress of school members,Increase the quality standarst of school,enhancing the cooperation and communication among school administration parents community and school environment three basic foundation of education. -Preventing personnel conflicts and injustices in the audit and inspection of school personnel

  6. -Provide cooperation ,sharing, understanding,tolerance,feedback amogs school’s stakeholders.

  7. -School manager,the assistant of the manager and all the teachers have to take part in the program but the students and the parents determined by Ministry of Education randomly and a sample group is created. -Privacy is essential:all staff have to answer questions on-line but nobody has the right to see the answers(School administration,teachers or students) the results of the questionnaire can be seen only by the Ministry inspectors.

  8. -The school administration and teachers are responsible for collecting all kinds of data and submission of progress reports to the relevant authorities.(ARGE-The Departmenr of Resarch and Development)

Giving pirority to pre-school education so that providing beter quality of education services in later years….. dissemination of computer-aided training programs at all levels of education, the schools with the requirements of the 21st century equipped with the appropriate tools and materials..Students benefit from opportunities of internet.

  10. Presentation of guidance service to eight grade students and guide them to a department in high school according to their skills,needs and capabilities Provide financial support to students without adequate financial opportunity.

  11. Support the development of life long learning concept in society/school envirment. Guide students who should recive special education to rehabilitation centers. To provide the continious participation of local goverments,voluntary organisations and private sector for investmen to education. The creation of library in each classroom so that the students can gain the habit of reading. Giving scholarship to pupils whose success rate is high by the District Governor.

  12. Provide literacy courses for illiterate parents. Classroom teachers enable extra courses to primary school students who have difficulty in reading or writing

  13. To open SBS( a kind of evaluation exam for primary school students)courses with the permission of District Manager of National Education To organise quiz contests between schools in the district from time to time.(poem,short story and art competition)

  14. Provide extra-curriculum activities Health screening in our school….The student’s awareness of hygiene is increased and they are given detailed information about the importance of hygiene and personal care.

  15. The control of school canteen is made regularly by a committee of teacher. The quality in the process of evaluation::Observation forms performance tasks,Project assigments and behaviour notes given to students. It is possible for parents and students to follow the status of the students’ course and the success condition on the net E-OKUL(special part for parenst)

Social clubs that students participate taking into consideration their own interets,requests and desires.For example;Literary and Culture club,English club,Science and technology club…The club members come together twice times in a month and perform community service work.Team meets, reviews its mission, and determines how often it will meet Training is initiated for team members Team meets weekly for an hour or two to analyze the problem and develop a solution Solution is initiated on a pilot basis Results of pilot study are examined

  17. 4.Helpful people project( reform in education) THE AIM OF THE PROJECT:The aim of the Project is to create ‘an ideal human character and behaviour’ by destroying the teenagers’ and young people’s unwanted behaviours such as failure in the courses,discord within the family,lack of self confidence,being insensitive about environment and school,lack of internal discipline and self control,smoking,tendency to use harmful substance,incompability with friends and family members etc. And then to make habit these obtained gains.

  18. Another aim of the project which is very important is to reveal the different and special abilities of the target groups and introduce these examples to the service of our country and world humanity Note:2010-2011 Education year success rate is % 92 percentage

  19. We focus on the continious improwement of the school environment(activities,materials,needs of the working staff and pupils)

  20. Emphasizes team work(not only among students but also team work among local power-parents-schhool administration)

  21. We provide quality services for teacher parents and students .It is essential to continuously improve the quality of products and services that we provide to school staff.At the same time thir satisfaction abouut the processs.
