Other Technology Resources • Leapfrog- Helps students to read, do math and write. • Accelerated Reader- A reading program where students read a book that is on the Accelerated Reader reading list and then uses a computer to answer comprehension questions that goes along with the book. • Ticket to Read- A web base program that is part of the Voyager reading program that students can have the books read to them or students can read by themselves http://www.tickettoread.com/about/index.jsp#q4 • Web-sites- There are many web-sites that can help students with reading, math, history and science. • http://www.coolmath-games.com/ -math games that help student learn math for all grade levels. From adding to geometry students can learn at their own speed. • http://www.sciencemonster.com/ - Science monster is a web-site that is part of coolmath.com that helps students learn about science. • http://www.history.com/this-day-in-history/nautilus-travels-under-north-pole- This web-site shows students videos on different history events and games that students can play while learning about history.
