Introducing Scheduled Maintenance Tasks • WEBFLEET 2.13 introduces monitoring of planned maintenance tasks! • The new functionality includes the following improvements: • NEW: Create maintenance task schedules for single vehicles • NEW: Copy maintenance tasks to multiple vehicles (or groups) • NEW: Monitor maintenance tasks for your whole fleet

Highlights • Setup maintenance task schedules • Using TomTom WEBFLEET 2.13 it is quite easy to create, edit and delete vehicle maintenance tasks which have to be monitored by WEBFLEET. • Copy maintenance task schedules to multiple vehicles • Once a scheduled maintenance task is created it is quite easy to copy this task to another vehicle or group of vehicles. This can be done by selecting the relevant task, clicking on the “Copy” button. • Monitor maintenance tasks for your whole fleet • Once a scheduled maintenance task is created, it will be monitored by WEBFLEET. You will be alerted by a coloured tool icon in case the task has to be executed and find detailed information in the corresponding Maintenance tasks view.

Functionality overview At vehicle level it is possible to create a new maintenance task for a single vehicle. A maintenance task is detailed with the following information: • Icon for the maintenance task; • Name of the maintenance task; • Description of the maintenance task; • Date or vehicle mileage for the first occurrence; • Rules defining that the task shall be carried out only once or repeated in a time or distance interval that is fixed or that is dependant on the mileage or date the task was carried out the latest; • A reminder that appears at the indicated period or distance before planned maintenance.
Functionality overview Maintenance task schedules made easy: • Once a scheduled maintenance task is created it is quite easy to copy this task to another vehicle or group of vehicles. This can be done by selecting the relevant task, clicking on the “Copy” button. • Select the vehicles from the list that you want to copy the maintenance task to. To select multiple vehicles, press and hold the control key when you select the vehicles. You can filter the list by selecting a group and you can edit the maintenance task for each vehicle.
Functionality overview Monitor maintenance tasks for your whole fleet: • Once a scheduled maintenance task is created, it will be monitored by WEBFLEET. • An icon indicates the status of the maintenance task: • Read or unread – Maintenance tasks can be marked as read. Additionally, the date when the task was read and the WEBFLEET username of the user will be attached. • In the near future or overdue – When task is about to be carried out or overdue, you can inform the driver by sending a message. • Open or completed – When a task has been completed it should be marked as completed in WEBFLEET. The date when the maintenance task was completed and the username of the WEBFLEET user are logged.
