  3. Extension Performance Evaluation • 2 agents per program area will participate in Pilot UK SAP system • Everyone else will use a shadow system in Qualtrics

  4. Extension Performance Evaluation – Major Job Responsibilities (MJR’s) and Weights • Advisory Councils – 15% • Leadership – 10% • Educational Programming – 35% • Accountability / Public Relations – 15% • Facilitation/Collaboration/Teamwork – 15% • Customer Service – 10%

  5. Extension Performance Evaluation – Core Competencies • Dependability • Diversity and Inclusion • Initiative • Integrity • Interpersonal Relationships *Rated on 1-3 scale. Does not effect actual score this year.
