  4. Interesting Facts • Fact 1: Nepal has the greatest altitude of any location on Earth. • Fact 2: The Himalayas was formed 10–15 million years ago. • Fact 3: The mountain known as Mount Everest was named after a British man named: George Everest in 1863.
