WHO: Native speakers of Cantonese, Mandarin, Thai, Yoruba, & Igbo • -age 19-35, no speech/hearing/neurological problems • -from Hong Kong (Cantonese), Beijing (Mandarin), Bangkok (Thai), and Nigeria (Yoruba & Igbo) • WHAT TO DO: Listen to syllables and pitch in tone-bearing syllables and let us know if they sound good or bad by pressing keys on a computer • HOW LONG: 1-3 hours, depending on availability • WHERE: RCB 6203, SFU Burnaby • WHEN: July – August 2011 • PAYMENT: $10 per hour • EMAIL: xltpstudy@gmail.com Thank you !!!
