  3. QUESTIONNAIRE ?(S) • Instructors • Research institutions • Industry actors • Learners: • Teachers • Local Authorities Personnel • Medical Personnel • Local farmers/ Fishermen • Local entrepreneurs (touriste industrie etc)

  4. VISITS ON SITES • A structured interview will be used to identify problems and good practices • Photographs and videos will be taken to be used as teaching material (good practice etc) • From the above material a small report will be produced for each school • The visit and the report will be materialized by partners from the same or other countries. • National coordinators will organize these visits

  5. FINAL RESULTS • Processing of evaluation data • Final Results • Recommendations PROCESSING OF EVALUATION DATA from all sources, formative and summative (questionnaires, visits, statistics etc) Decisions as to improve all the parameters of the actions involved Reorganizing parts of the training plan and any part of the processes followed so far, if needed Recommendations

  6. STATISTICS WILL BE KEPT BY (1): • PROVIDERS: • Connectivity of anyone involved • Connection times • Volumes transferred • Access to files and web pages INSTRUCTORS: Syllabi Timetables Tests Participation and performance of learners Help desk, mails, telephone calls Selective interviews and impressions of learners

  7. STATISTICS WILL BE KEPT BY (2): • NATIONAL COORDINATORS: • Help desk (Contacts by phone, mail, Fax, Subject etc) • Timetables for actions to be implemented (visits etc) • Levels of the cost of satellite services in every country • Opinions, Letters, Complaints of learners

  8. This plan does not describe some very special system characteristics as CAP Artistic appearance of web pages etc that should be added
