Implementation Guide Analysis WG • Volunteer Leads: Ken McCaslin, Hans Buitendijk Action Items/Next Steps • Ballot reconciliation is 50% complete, with 472 comments resolved • A version of the IG was frozen on 12/16 in order to provide the Pilots WG with an updated and useable IG • This week’s meeting times: • Tuesday: No Meeting • Thursday: 2:00-4:00PM EDT

Vocabulary WG • Volunteer Lead: Cindy Johns Action Items/Next Steps • Topics for meeting agendas: • Finalizing IG Analysis ballot reconciliation • Finalizing Section 3 of the Implementation Guide focused on the Observation/Result Segment (focused discussion of Microbiology Results) • Meeting times: • Tuesday 12/20: 10:00-11:00AM EDT • Tuesday 01/03: 10:00-11:00 AM EDT (if needed) • Tuesday 01/10: 10:00-11:00 AM EDT (if needed)

Validation Suite WG • Volunteer Lead: Robert Snelick Action Items • Enhanced and updated the Data Management Spreadsheet (DMSS) of segments, fields and components constrained by LRI IG with test data HL7 messages • Juror Documents and Data Sheets generated from DMSS are now displayed in Validation Suite Web application • Web Vocabulary Search utility (HL7 Tables, LOINC, UCUM, etc) is now incorporated into Validation Suite Web application Next Steps • Demonstration of LRI Validation Suite web application (alpha) at December 20, 2011 LRI VS WG meeting (1 PM) • Planning for Phase 2 of LRI Validation Suite web application

Pilots WG • Volunteer Leads: Robert Lutolf and Rob Allen Action Items • Seven Committed Pilot Teams • Established Pilot Teams adding additional team participants • 5 Pilot Ecosystems submitted applications to 2012 HIMSS Showcase • Orientation and Guidance for New Pilots and Pilot Teams Next Steps • Continue Pilot Outreach • Pilot Team members continue work on completing steps in Pilot Guide, identifying blocking issues, and planning and implementing Pilot Deployments
