  2. STEP 1 Passing of a loved one occurs • ATFFA • Family Liaison Manager meets with family for initial assessment

  3. STEP 2 Move ahead working with ATFFA - family decides on package BASIC PACKAGE 6 months DELUXE PACKAGE 9 month PREMIUM PACKAGE 12 month • Sign agreement, paperwork and documents are collected by ATFFA

  4. STEP 3 • 2-5 days an ATFFA coordinator is assigned to work on the estate ATFFA coordinator proceeds with work on the estate Regular updates are sent to the family by an ATFFA coordinator

  5. STEP 4 At the conclusion of the package ATFFA coordinator completes work on the estate A final status update, letter and survey are sent to the family Family returns survey so ATFFA can improve their service to other families

  6. STEP 5 Thank you for being part of the After the Fact – Final Affairs family and allowing us to assist you. We appreciate the opportunity to be of service.

  7. Do it yourself ATFFA Family Liaison Manager meets with family for initial assessment Family receives copy of initial assessment provided by ATFFA Family works on closing the estate for approximately 12 – 18 months, possibly longer
