  3. President Carter has three siblings Billy, Glorid and Ruth

  4. President Carter went to the United States Naval Academy and was reconnected with a childhood friend Rosalynn Smith, whom he married in June 1946.

  5. They had 4 children, 1 daughter and 3 sons!!!Amy , John , Donnel, and James.

  6. He ran for president in 1977 and won!!!He became the 39th President!!!

  7. Jimmy Carter was awarded the 2002 Nobel Peace Prize!!!
