Highway (Bridge) from London to Washington • New Transatlantic project (Bridge) should be designed, discussed, institutionalised, financed and built • Main stakeholders should be: United Kingdom, U.S.A., Germany and Canada • Membership should be granted to all countries around the Atlantic Ocean, sharing common values

  4. Importance of Transatlantic Relationship • North-America and Europe are different, but they are still crucial couple for Global Security and Economy • Many European countries, including Eastern Europe, are ready for closer cooperation with North-America
